I thought it was okay. He did say those who are found guilty should be prosecuted or something like that

9. Not really...
I think he's just saying his office won't look into it, but that no one is above the law and people who break the law should be prosecuted.

those who want Bush investigated yesterday will definitely not be satisfied. I am just happy he did not take it off the table.

Too much waffling. Too much evasion. Too much non-committment
I'm not happy about his weaving through the choppy waters not taking a firm stand.
