So what *would* Ed Schultz have asked if called upon? |
|
We all know that he's going to tell us tomorrow anyway, so let's guess first. Well, unless he already told what it would be if called upon - I didn't hear him today. Did he?
And if not, what's your best guess?
Me, I'm thinking he might have asked the A-Rod question (smirk)

1. If he had been the first person called on he probably would have asked |
|
"Why didn't you call on Helen Thomas first?"
I've seen and read a few things where he felt the first question asked of Obama should come from Ms THomas

2. He'd have asked why Reid allowed a lot of the spending |
|
for states, education, etc. to be stripped away by Republicans.

I remember Ed spent a couple hours one day explaining how important it was that Obama fess up to what he knew and when about Blagoevich's attempt to sell a Senate seat. Or has he finished belching up that Repub talking point?

4. c'mon..... TWO. WORDS. |
|
Edited on Tue Feb-10-09 07:06 AM by nutsnberries
i don't know what those two words would have been, but it would have been something that you could wrap into a two-word meme... since he's convinced we're a two-word culture. ;) (thinking about the bumper sticker comments from last night, maybe keith and rachel would agree.)
i'm a couple weeks behind listening to my wegoted podcasts but in the show i listened to yesterday he was working "community banks" and "cheap money" to *incentive-ize* (???) small business.
sometimes he makes me angry but for the most part, i like Ed and was happy to see him sitting next to Helen last night. Maybe he'll get a chance to ask a question next time.
I see Ed as a real progressive in the *he's a work in progress* kind of guy. He's all swept up in being the best Ed he can be. I know some see him differently, but, as he's fond of saying, "that's my take".
