lucky. Does anyone know of a link that gives a breakdown of what happened to the Energy (green jobs by 2010 and 2012)and Education funding that was supposed to be in the stimulus package and has changed just since yesterday? Now, from what I understand, the funds for education are now to come out of state's discretionary funds. I'm hearing too many things and I need to see the most recent 'finalized' version of this bill. Even yesterday, I didn't see energy.
