If he doesn't step up, then Hodes has a good shot. Otherwise, not a chance.

Lynch is something of phenomenon, third term Dem NH gov, three things that used to be an impossible combo. And he has an approval rating in the high 60's to low 70's. Never say never in politics, but if he decides, Mr Lynch probably will go to Washington.
