3. DeFazio voted against it? I thought he's progressive?
I'm glad to see Ben Chandler voted for it. He's my congressman. He's a blue dog member, but he's an Obama guy and not nearly as conservative as the others.

Maybe he was upset about one of the cuts and cast a protest vote.
