Obama should offer that those who voted against Stimulus don't need to get the money |
|
Since it is apparent that those who voted against the Stimulus package are hell-bent on trying to act like they disagree with the package, perhaps these people should willingly come forward and demand that their constituents, districts or states should get NOTHING.
It's time to actually see who would stand up for their principles and who will take the money even though they voted against the legislation. Why not?

|
But I don't know if it was in the final bill. Anyone know?

clause that any congressman who votes against it will receive no benefit to their constituents. It's a matter of principle for them right? Government spending is evil and the only answer is tax reductions? Terrific, then let's put their money where their mouths are, and let their constituents feel the brunt. Congressmen who vote for infrastructure get infrastructure funding. Congressmen who vote against it get none. Surely some private sector entity will build their roads and bridges right? Give these neocon assholes exactly what they are asking for from their high horses. Government is bad, so let's demand that government leaves their constituents alone.

11. Well, remember in a state like Arizona, where both Senators and all the House Reps voted NO, |

There is still 45% of the state population that voted for Obama.
They shouldn't be penalized because of the actions of their stupid Congresspeople. I'm sure most of that 45% didn't vote for them either.

In your state (since that's the only one with which you are familiar) which projects constitute pork?
