Sunlight before signing: The stimulus bill is on whitehouse.gov... open for comments

Well, the first two links don't work right now, and I'm pretty sure it's a problem with the house.gov website to which it redirects.
The POINT is, this bill may be the first bill Obama signs only after having it posted on the Internet for 5 days.

So guys, how does it feel?
Having someone in charge of the country who knows how to follow through on campaign promises?

I remember reading Obama's pledge to do this on his website during the campaign and I was very excited about it. I was disappointed when he did not do it for his first bill, but I was hoping that he hadn't forgotten about it and just didn't have it ready yet. So I am very excited to see him following through on this campaign promise, because I thought it was a really innovative idea.

And other websites for pressuring Obama to start implementing this comments system, which was bypassed for a couple of laws prior to the stimulus.

Kudos to the White House for listening.
