The fifth worst President to actually be "elected" to the office. (Fillmore and Johnson succeeded a deceased POTUS.

The second worst President of the last 100 years (Harding is first)
The second worst Republican President (Harding again)

The worst President of the last 50 years
The worst President to be born in the 20th century
The worst President to still be living
The worst President to win a second term BY FAR. (Even Richard Nixon, his nearest competitor, is 8 Presidents above him)

Clinton also moved up substantially but that is IMHO explicable based on reality. Hopefully W will move down in future historical assessments as it seems too soon to fully assess just how bad a President he was.
