9. I still think of myself as a Catholic, though a "Fallen" one. The universality of the
Bhagavad Gita appeals to my mind, but my heart is only just beginning to risk it, so . . .

Hare Krsna! grannie4peace

Have a good day.

14. You mean the comments after the article?
Welcome to my hell.

Arizona was moving toward being a blue state but unfortunately Janet Napolitano's move to Homeland Security has left us with a horrible and very Republican governor for the next year and a half. Don't get me wrong - I supported Janet for HS even though I knew what it would do to this state. In the end though I'm hopeful - that we will take back the Governor's Office as well as boot out McCain in 2010.

AZCentral is the website for The Arizona Republic(an), an overly right-wing newspaper. I go on it every now and then when I can stand it - too many Freepers log onto and comment on the site (as you can see). But even AZCentral has become more blue since the election and that gives me hope too!

6. Last night at the NBA all star game
McCain and Cindy were in the audience. At half time Obama came on the screen and talked to the live and TV audience about community service. He got huge applause. and I LOVED it that McCain had to see and hear it.

11. McCain isn't even gracious enough to stay in town?
He flees from his Phoenix penthouse to his Sedonia "Ranch," shortly after trying to slime Obama on Sunday in Phoenix CNN interview. McCain has no class at all. He speaks of his constituents and getting out and talking to the "people," yet rarely if ever does he travel or hold town hall meetings in towns and cities throughout Arizona. Phoenix and Arizona are hungry for an Obama visit. May this be the first of many before McCain's next campaign run.

12. I hope these people who see Obama
will then contact their senators and tell them to stop their obstructionist agenda and let the President get to work.
