Was the cartoonist so unsophisticated that he didn't for one moment look at the images he was using and think to himself, "Gee. I wonder if someone might take this as a racist message."?

someone here has posted a link to a bunch of his other cartoons and you will see that cheap offensiveness is his aim. He's probably very happy with the fact that his name has achieved such notoriety overnight. Ill try to find it...
