Just watching Frontline - Inside the Meltdown |
|
I dvr'd it, and about 26 minutes in, they have our former fearless idiot giving a statement about the economy. Good lord. I had almost stopped remembering what a doofus we had as President. I want to forget, I don't want to think about it. Giveme another drink bartender.

3. There were frequent reports here when it first aired that it is well worth the watch. |
|
Fortunately it is available online and my local PBS will rerun it for the next 2 Tuesdays.

4. At one hour in... Its good, as expected. |

This kind of shit is Frontline's specialty.
They have Paulson at a press conference during the Lehman Bros. crisis, you can just see from his demeanor and words that his butt cheeks are clenched to maximum. He is announcing that hey, its just another bad day on Wall Street, move along.

an anlysis of what caused the meltdown so much. Its a play by play of what the government did in the leadup and during the meltdown. Its interesting to watch. Not so much new information. Hope that helps. cya.
