Sebelius: No Talks with Obama on Health Post

Sunday, February 22, 2009 12:57 PM

Kansas Gov. Kathleen Sebelius says she has had no conversations with President Barack Obama about possibly joining his Cabinet as health secretary.

Sebelius was in Washington on Sunday for the winter meetings of the National Governors Association.

Administration officials have said she is near the top of the list of people being considered to run the Health and Human Service Department. But Sebelius tells The Associated Press that "there's really nothing to tell" about the prospects of her getting the job..............

4. GOOD!
Nothing against her - I just want her available to run for Brownback's seat in the Senate. She's term-limited out as Governor.
