I loved President Obama's speech, but Nancy Pelosi looked like a clown-faced
Jill-in-the-box. I hope they show her the video before the State of the Onion so she can practice NOT grimacing and doing her facial yoga contortions during these occasions.

She's older, and has had work, but that's no reason to disparage her. I think her enthusiasm for our new President more than made up for any superficial image she may have presented to some.

11. I keep seeing these comments. I think Nancy gets "dry mouth"
(badly) when she is nervous and thus, the occasional facial contortions. Face it, it IS hard to be on camera the entire time. Frankly, I think she would benefit from some beta blockers before hand.

13. I don't know how people can sit still with cameras rolling away like that.
My face would be twitching and itching and I'd go into convulsions and fall to the floor before crapping myself and sliding off the stage on a trail of my own filth.

Well, maybe I'm exaggerating a little.

The over the top response from her was disconcerting coming from a Speaker of the House. Her behavior was more appropriate for a groupie. Then again, it's Nancy. Not much to expect from that woman.

Granted there were standing applause worthy moments in his speech, but Nancy looked silly like a puppy on crack on the edge of her seat waiting to jump up at any possible moment, almost like she she had a sharp spring sticking out of her chair. It was like she was either trying to hard or kissing some ass. it just didn't look natural.
