Is it just me or did Bobby Jindal make you forget just how bad a speaker George W. Bush was?
Maybe W paid Jindal to take a dive to make him look better for his legacy.

the only thing eclipsing Bush's horrible speaking is Bush's horrible record.

4. No. But it was nearly as disturbing.
The Zombie Rogers delivery and strange way he whistles his "S" sounds was kind of creepy. I've never heard this man speak before and the first impression will last.

Bush just sounded like a dope and came off as a crass, boorish fool.
