I love the idea. It's even better that Penn is a huge supporter and campaigned for Obama throughout the country. He would be wise to do it for two reasons: (1) Look what it did for Tina Fey and (2) Will taint Jindal with mockery effecting his future political ambitions.

2. I don't know dude... Kal Penn is a lot cooler than Jindal is...
He might accidentally make Jindal look better than in real life.

6. Yes, remember how cool Linda Tripp got after John Goodman was finished with her
And I might even be able to think of a more recent example.

4. None of your reasons should or will influence SNL
They don't (And shouldn't) be acting as an arm of the Democratic party, and they don't care about Penn's career.

7. Doesn't look a thing like Jindal, but okay.
I had the impression, though, that Jindal is too limp and ineffectual even for funny parody--but I guess I'm willing to be surprised.

8. I'm sure Penn has better
things to do than bring out the stupidity of jindal, again.

9. Even if they could, SNL almost certainly would not.
They'd probably put an existing cast member under heavy makeup--after all, this is who they got to play President Obama:

10. I think Pee-Wee Herman should play him..
.
.

The way that Mr. Jindal skipped out and cocked his head before he started talking was just like Pee-Wee Herman used to do..
