...male Republican pundits would be falling over themselves to call it a brilliant, captivating, history-making speech? And yes, that includes the "Happy Mardi Gras" part and the slam at "Volcano monitoring."
Jindal obviously failed to realize that only one Republican in the party can get away with that toxic level of smarm and folksiness and not be subject to inter-party criticism--and it's not some dude with dark skin.
