Dr. Orly claims two more military suckers....
Edited on Thu Feb-26-09 06:00 PM by PatGund
Dr. Orly Taitz claims two more military personnel for her lawsuits, one a reservist (CDR Clint Grimes, USNR), and one trying to get out of the ready reserves because he doesn't want to serve under Obama. (SSgt Brian A Keith, USMCR)

She's now claiming two more. One a reservist

http://defendourfreedoms.us/2009/02/26/officer-grimes-joins-the-military-action.aspx

Dr. Taitz,
My consent form is attached. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of this lawsuit. I was dismayed from the beginning at the attitude of Barack Obama towards us who wear the uniform. He accused me and my brothers and sisters in arms of "air raiding villages and terrorizing civilians" in Iraq.

I have commented many times that he (Barack Obama) would not be able to pass the background check to be a Naval Officer or a Police Officer. Additionally he does not support HR 218 which allows me t be able to protect myself and my family. I could go on and on. For the last 25 yearsI have painstakingly presented numerous documents over my police and Navy careers. If he a US citizen, presenting his birth certificate should be no problem. I believe that knowing that the person at the top of the military and law enforcement chains of command is eligible to hold the office is a reasonable request.

Very Respectfully,

Clint Grimes

POSITION IN THE MILITARY/RANK/DATES SERVED/STATUS: CDR/0-5 US Navy (Reserve)
1 OCTOBER 1984 - Present

And

Dr Taitz,

Please insure that I filled out the consent form properly, and let me know in any way that I can assist. I am still in the process of leaving the Active Reserve, and dropping to Inactive Reserve Status. I started this before Mr Obama was sworn in because I could not in good faith defend the Constitution and serve under him at the same time. My goal is to return to serving our country in the military, but cannot do so while he is occupying the Oval Office. It was apparent that the only way i could trully keep my oath was to join the battle on the civilian side within our own borders. I would like to offer any assistance I can, and will remain at our Country's service until our Constitution is restored.

Sincerely
SSgt Brian A Keith
American
United States Marine Corps

I suspect if SSgt Keith is still in service, his departure may be delayed. And CDR Grimes may not like the reaction he's about to get either.

get over it.

what a bunch of cry babies.

at any other point in our history, people would be THROWN IN JAIL for refusing to follow orders from THE COMMANDER AND CHIEF. its one thing to disagree with policy and freely express that... and its another to BREAK THE LAW.

didnt wanna take orders from someone? why the fuck did you join the armed forces?

grow up and take that pacifier outa your mouths.

ridiculous.

3. Court martial, dishonorable discharge, and cut off from taxpayers money.
Let's make sure American funds go to American soldiers, not crybaby partisans who would've been put up against a wall in stricter times.

Thank you, Dr Taitz of the Sally Struthers School of Lawyerin', for drawing out this poison.

6. The Birfers and the semi associated PUMA movement
have achieved one thing. Getting these bigots out of the Party. Soon these bitter blathering bigots will also be out of the Army.

GOOD.

Here is hoping that they bankrupt their hateful selves with Court fees.

14. Well, their past rallies in DC...
Have netted about 40 people max. I'm willing to give the benefit of a doubt that with that much leadtime, they *might* get 500, (they're claiming 300,000 will attend)

Dr. Orly's mothers day convention in Fort Worth will give a hint about how many birthers would actually be willing to show up.

Oh, the birthers are trying to attach themselves to the "Tea Party" movement and claim their numbers at events.

Edited on Fri Feb-27-09 04:21 PM by Phx_Dem
on her lawsuit is going to help her? The courts don't give any more consideration to a lawsuit because a military person filed it or supports it. I hope all these military assholes end up with dishonorable discharges, at best, for badmouthing their Commander in Chief. Good luck finding a decent job with a dishonorable discharge on your record.

15. As near as I can tell.....
Before she jumped on the birther bandwagon, the few times as a lawyer were either family affairs or defending herself in dental malpractice cases.

I suspect Gary Kreep allowed her as co-counsel on Keyes v Bowen as a favour so she could gain some trial experience. And didn't realize the monster he would unleash. (She's claiming now to be lead attorney on Keyes v Bowen, yet Gary Kreep and Alan Keyes are rumoured to have taken her off the case)

And her antics aren't very welcome with other birther lawyers either. Philip Berg said he would never work with Dr. Orly, and his cheerleader, PUMA Linda Starr, has been telling Dr. Orly's military plaintiffs to contact Berg instead. Leo Donofrio has been openly critical of her behaviour and actions. Stephen Pidgeon is more concerned about his "National Grand Jury" thing.

Dr. Orly seems to be the biggest drama llama and attention whore among the birthers, and some birthers are getting tired of it because they see her behaviour as undermining their cases. Of course, they HAVE no foundation for their cases anyway......

17. Yep!
He's the aptly-named head of the "United States Justice Foundation", a paleocon legal agency, (pretty much sole employee as well). I remember him from living in San Diego because he was the one defending anti-choice protesters in court. He and another paleocon lawyer ended up owing almost $100,000 to Planned Parenthood and Kreep ended up running his lawfirm AND the USJF from his house.

The birthers will not be birthing. Fewer idiots in the world is fine with me. Every minute that we can keep the birthers from having sex is a bonus.
