What's up with the dueling transcripts? (Jindal - CNN and Faux)

I was Googling for a transcript of Jindal's speech, because I wanted to see exactly what he said about that Katrina thing.

I found it on CNN, with the Katrina story:

But when I Googled again, wanting to look at the quote again and having closed the CNN transcript, I accidentally clicked on the Faux transcript, which was at the top.

Uh, it's not even the same speech, except in a few spots. It doesn't have the Katrina story at all.

What's up with that? Is it an earlier draft that Jindal later changed? Or what? And why do they still have it up when it's obviously wrong? (Well, I guess the answer to that is that they'd like to forget that Jindal made a fool of himself.... ;) )

4. It looks like FOX' cut out the top-half of the speech.

Everything is there in the CNN transcript but only after the 13th paragraph.

I don't know, maybe they f'd up copying it or there is supposed to be a 1st page on the FOX one?
