questions for liebermaners

Boy, I would have to hold my nose to vote for him at this point.
But, seriously, I would like to know his views on a couple of things:

1) preemptive and unilateral wars (his recent comments indicate he too would have invaded Iraq had he been in Bush's shoes)

2) indefinite detention without lawyers and access to the legal
system

If he cannot answer these correctly, and if he is nominated, I promise you I will stay home.
