It's this imbecillic, unnecessary War that has killed over 1,000 of our soldiers and unjured thousands more that needs the spotlight, regardless of whether the Bush administration or its media moguls want to talk about it or not.
We attacked an entire nation because Bush hated Saddam and Cheney thought a war in Iraq would pay dividends to favored American businesses and allow us to set up an American regime in Iraq.
The Defense Dept. thought it was a bad idea from the start. The State Dept had its' reservations and recoginized it was a mistake later. The American people learned false intelligence led our representatives to approve a war of aggression. Now 1,000 American soldiers and 10s of thousands of Iraqis are dead and thousands more injured.
IT'S TIME TO MAKE THIS BUSH ADMINISTRATION DEFEND ALL THIS AND MAKE THEM ACCOUNTABLE. THIS COUNTRY HAS NEVER BEEN SO BADLY SERVED IN OUR LIFETIMES.
