4. Which is why he should cut the pentagon budget by at least 30%. Increase

armed forces members salaries and get rid of all the bullshit unnecessary programs. It would also be nice if all those jobs which were privatized and given to KBR would come back to the enlisted folks who I'm sure could use them.
