"Super American Grand Jury" Indicts Obama

You've heard of do-it-yourself home decorating, and probably even do-it-yourself recording. But a do-it-yourself grand jury? That would be a little over the top, right?

That is, unless you're convinced the President of the United States isn't a citizen, and are looking to do something about it.

According to a self-style “indictment” dated June 24, a group of 172 concerned citizens declared themselves a “SUPER AMERICAN GRAND JURY” and voted to charge Obama with treason. Specifically, they accused him of not being an American citizen. The group then proceeded to file their charges at the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, where it landed of the desk of Chief Judge Royce Lamberth.

Judge Lamberth, not generally known for his low-key personal or writing style, dismissed the “indictment” in a straightforward, two-page order dated July 2 but released today.

“The individuals who have made this presentment were not convened by this court to sit as a grand jury nor have they been selected at random from a fair cross section of this district,” the judge wrote. “Any self-styled indictment or presentment issued by such a group has no force under the Constitution or laws of the United States.”

9. Well I believe President Obama is a citizen and was elected as President.

However, the statement

Has no meaning nor any legal value, since constitutional violations, and all other legal violations have been deemed legal by the lack of prosecution of the alleged crimes of the Bush administrations, the financial sector, and various other areas of the private sector and government that have committed fraud or worse against the American people.

Due to the fact that the constitution is not in effect, nor are the laws of the USA, making statements about other activities based on the Constitution do not have any legal weight.

It is only a pattern or a habit that people still enforce laws, the actual enforcement has no legal basis or justification to it.

Basically until the anarchy of the last years is repaired, no laws are enforceable.

So heres what needs to be done.

We have seen that the courts will not pay attention to We The People and our Constitutionaly granted juries. Then we need to make our own American Citizen Patriotic Courts with our own judges and trials.

When law enforcement sees how many of us there are and what our courts accomplish, they will know they either will have to stand with us and support our courts and our Sacred Constitution, or stand against us as traitors along the now illegitimate courts ignoring We The People .

When our military sees law enforcement standing with us, they will know the time to act is now and will back up We The People in arresting all of the traitors infesting the house and senate and espectially the ursurper in OUR White House.

And then the sentances of the American Citizen Patriotic Courts can be carried out.

It's too dangerous to deport the illegal alien infesting the oval office. And while a death sentance is justifyable for treason, its too easy for him. The sentance should be imprisonment in some remote pacific island there to remain the rest of his miserable life under strict military gards.

Just as his mother lost her US citizenship when she married Lolo Soetoro, so did Mychelle lose her US citizenship as well. For her, imprisonment with her husband or deportation to Indonesia or Kenya. His sister is an Indonesian citizen, deport her along with his children, while not guilty in their own rights, are not US citizens due to their parents not being citizens.

For the former house and senate members, judges and attorneys not willing to follow our Sacred Constitution and the will of We The People, execution as traitors or life-time imprisonment in a supermax prison or remote island under military gard. We The People, those of us who are Real Americans and Patriots, can elect new leaders that will honor our Sacred Constitution and the rule of Constitutional Law.

ACORN should be treated as a terrorist organization and its members placed in Gitmo for the rest of their lives.

All those proven to have voted for Obama should lose all belongings and money, their houses, belongings, and personal pocessions to be sold to reimburse the American Taxpayer for our losses due to the usurper. Same with their jobs, they should be fired and the job given to Real Americans. They should lose their right to vote as well, and be banned from all governmental jobs for the rest of their lives.

All those states that voted for the usurper greater than 55 or 60% should lose statehood for a time and become territories under the guidance of military governors and Patriotic Real Americans. Hawaii should lose statehood for good. Perhaps we could send all those who donated money to the usurper there and blockade those islands for good.

If our elected officials will not support us, if the courts will not support us, then we need to MAKE them support us or stand trial for their actions. All those who voted for the usurper need to pay the pay the price for their misguded actions or treason. We can take our country and our Sacred Constitution back. Blood Red, Holy White, and Pure Blue.
