An analysis of "the photo" and the video

The video clears up a lot about the photo, and in fact, you really have to watch the video to get a true picture of things. Some things the video makes clear -

Obama was in the process of stepping off the very large step in back of him. You can see this because his left foot had not come down yet, and his left leg was still bent. The picture was taken a moment before he finished stepping onto the step he was on. He was also beginning to turn to right, since the next thing he did was put his right hand out and help the girl in the black dress behind him down onto his step. The main reason his head was turned to right was because he was about to extend his right hand to the girl in the black dress who was about to descend the step.

Did he look at the Brazilian girl in the red dress for a split-second between taking his step and helping the other girl down? I guess that is up for conjecture. If he did, you can see by watching the video that it was quick enough, and fluid with his step and helping the other girl down, to where it is not noticable, even if one is watching a video of the whole thing.

Of course, there is a puritanical ridiculousness about taking such things too seriously, but who knows what the wingnuts will be saying. I just looked over on FreeRepublic, and too my surprise they're generally giving Obama a pass on this photo which could make it appear like Obama is leering at this girl. Although the video clearly shows he is not.

That picture has been cropped.

He turned to look at a pair of hooters on a nearby grassy knoll!

You are buying into the Single Booty Theory, when there were multiple booty's in the area.

There is no way that a single booty made him and Sarkozy turn like that. Obama and Sarkozy were looking at different booties.
