From Obama's speech in Ghana:

"No country is going to create wealth if its leaders exploit the economy to enrich themselves... That is not democracy, that is tyranny, and now is the time for it to end."

Must be pretty awful in Ghana. I wonder if the previous head of Ghana's Treasury was previously the head of their most rapacious investment bank? Or if the head of Ghana's economic team made many millions from a short stint working for their bankers?

Never ceases to amaze me how we can criticize all these countries while we do the same thing and much much worse.
