Thirty-seven percent (37%) Strongly Disapprove giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of –7 (see trends).
Fifty-six percent (56%) favor regulation of campaign contributions, but disclosure is seen as far more important. Forty percent (40%) say it takes $10,000 or less to influence a Member of Congress.
