Palin Will Campaign For Democrats
WASHINGTON — Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin said she's not only staying involved in national politics, but she plans to jump back into the national scrum when she leaves office at the end of the month.

The former Republican vice presidential nominee said she plans to write a book, campaign for political candidates from coast to coast _ even Democrats who share her views on limited government, national defense and energy independence _ and build a right-of-center coalition.

"I will go around the country on behalf of candidates who believe in the right things, regardless of their party label or affiliation," she said during an interview published Sunday in The Washington Times.

1. Not likely.
What Dem would be foolish enough to do that. The Repubs don't even want her help.

3. Good luck with your kind of right-of-center coalition.
Where I'm from it's called being a defendant or having been convicted previously.

5. This woman's ego is astonishing
It's bigger than Alaska! It's stunning that she really believes that she is so popular and so important and has so much to offer politically -- that every politician in the country will be falling over each other for her endorsement! It boggles the mind.

Go for it Blue Dogs. This will help us get rid of you once and for all

9. The Palin Party????
Seems she is working on getting a Palin fan club in the works. They can cross party lines as long is they think the Palin way. Notice how she says she will stump for those who think HER way not that she will stump with those who have similar views to her.

13. Very few if any would
Maybe there's one or two blue dogs crazy or stupid enough to want Palin to campaign for them. But given that a lot of Republicans won't even want her I can't imagine a Democrat wanting her support.

11. Someone should take her up on the offer, let her spout off nonsense then flip the switch and
completely own her in a public appearance and call her out for all of her BS while she's standing there on stage, mouth agape, wondering what the hell just happened to her.

12. She can't get away with that now.

Back in 2006 when she was running for governor on the Republican ticket but basically with an independent platform, a lot of Democrats here were fooled by her. As a matter of fact, her people contacted Diane Benson's people (the Democratic candidate for US House for whom I have volunteered) offering to campaign for Diane if she would campaign for them. Thankfully, Diane wisely declined, but we saw many cars around here with both Palin and Benson bumperstickers.

But any bipartisan cred that Sarah built up in the time prior to August 29, 2008, was destroyed by that speech she gave at the convention. She couldn't be more toxic to a Democratic candidate now -- or even for a Republican one, in my opinion.

22. didn't she say that during her resignation speech? I'm pretty sure.
Not sure she would really stump for a democrat , though maybe a certain "independent Democrat".
