4. I have an interview out of town today, but I really wanted to watch

the hearings live...this potential job is far more important than watching R's make fools of themselves as they make their inane speeches as opposed to actually having a hearing. I'll have to do the C-SPAN reruns tonight just to see the "Oaf Brigade" try and go after her.

Ted will be missed, he is one of the People's advocates and would have been a great friend to have on the panel...but I believe Sotomayor can hold her own against goomers that will talk about abortion and guns.

Prediction: Sotomayor gets confirmed in a far shoreter time than Thomas...(I can't lose that one!...:D )
