It's a D+15 Congressional district and has been in Democratic control for about 35 years now.
There wasn't even a Republican candidate in the 2004, 2006, or 2008 election.
I'd be surprised if Judy Chu, or any Democratic candidate, didn't win that area.

I suspect that election might be easier to steal than most, since you could throw out legitimate confusion over the candidates names as an excuse.
