Bombshell: Orders revoked for soldier challenging prez
A U.S. Army Reserve major from Florida scheduled to report for deployment to Afghanistan within days has had his military orders revoked after arguing he should not be required to serve under a president who has not proven his eligibility for office.

His attorney, Orly Taitz, confirmed to WND the military has rescinded his impending deployment orders.

"We won! We won before we even arrived," she said with excitement. "It means that the military has nothing to show for Obama. It means that the military has directly responded by saying Obama is illegitimate – and they cannot fight it. Therefore, they are revoking the order!"

She continued, "They just said, 'Order revoked.' No explanation. No reasons – just revoked."

according to the Huffington Post,

Because he’s a reserve soldier who volunteered for an active duty tour he can “ask for a revocation of orders up until the day he is scheduled to report for active duty,” a public affairs officer explained. Cook volunteered for the tour in May of this year. It is not clear why he did so, considering his current objections.

1. The Freepers are of course saying that the Military revocation of the orders is from the highest
level of the Pentagon and is all the proof they need to be vindicated in the charge that Obama can not meet thr requirements to be president.

3. What a freaking jerk
He volunteered in May then quit in July??? He did this intentionally knowing he would get away with it. What a cowardly motherfucker who has no concept of Duty, Honor, Country. Conservatives aren't Patriots and they do not love our country.

4. In fact, there was a reason. The idiot VOLUNTEERED for the tour. Thus, he can ask for orders to be
revoked.

14. Exactly!!!! He knew if he volunteered he
could have his orders rescinded. Good since my son is currently serving (don't know where) keep this idiot here. As my brother states, who will be deployed next month to Afghanistan, if he made it overseas NO ONE would watch his back nor trust him to watch theirs.

he only volunteered to go to Afghanistan, so he could sue the CIC.
He never had any intentions to go to Afghanistan, it was all a ruse.

10. He won?
No, he didn't win.
The army just decided that it was better to have people who would follow orders and not put their fellow soldiers at risk.

NOBODY wins in this farce.

18. And, they should discharge him - preferably dishonorably. He had no intent of serving when he signed
up voluntarily for the tour; that is dishonorable, costs the military money, and could potentially create an inbalance in the unit (since they're one person short). Not to mention upheaval.

He obviously *can't* serve because he doesn't believe the pres is legit. So kick his ass out. Dishonorably.

21. By revoking his orders the govt. made MOOT his action for injunction.
The injunction application should now be dismissed on that basis alone.

I expect his new orders to report for Court Martial will happen soon to follow.

He's going to prison unless Obama stops the normal process that should occur. Looking backwards in time, he decided within two weeks of Obama taking office he would pull this. He signed on as a plaintiff. He volunteered for duty, and got orders. He could have asked at any time to have his orders cancelled, but instead, he manufactured a legal case. He and his attorney should both be sanctioned by the judge, but that may not happen.
