Since why else would anything Ricci has to say today about Sotomayor be of any interest or use to the Judiciary Committee - he's not a legal scholar, not a judge, not even a lawyer, so he is no position to analyze whether she properly applied the law to the facts of his case. His only purpose is to make people feel sorry for him and to convince the public that Judge Sotomayor wasn't nice to him.
