Poll question: Would you like to see a Birther case accepted by the SCOTUS? |
|
I sure as hell would. Maybe it would finally shut those MF's up. (Ok, probably not.) Not like it would waste the court's time, it'd only take 'em a few minutes for that decision.

1. No. I'd like to see them decline to hear one. |

3. That would be the better route |

5. to me taking an obviously faulty case would undermine the lower courts |
|
Maybe I am not the smartest person but if I were a judge who ruled cases had no merit and the SCOTUS pulled it up, I would wonder why I was there.

6. No. Accepting the case grants it a sort of legitimacy. |
|
Anyway, nothing will satisfy the lunatics; even 9-0 would just convince them that Scalia, Thomas & Roberts are closet socialists.

Nothing will shut the birfers up, the SCOTUS ruling would just be another "proof" of the conspiracy for them.

11. They'll never shut up... |

Assume Obama's Attorney provides this magical "Long Form" Birth Certificate the Birthers want to see:
They'll then: 1. Demand the original typewriter it was typed on 2. The name of the typist - (and their birth certificate too, of course) 3. The manufacturers of the paper. 4. What forest the paper came from 5. The name of the person who cut down the tree - (and their birth certificate too, of course) 6. The name of the truck driver who hauled the tree to the paper mill - (and their birth certificate too, of course) 7. The make, model, and year of the truck used. 8. Etc... You get my drift.

be good for a laugh. Plus it would ensure Obama's re-election in 2012.
