He's funny, speaks honestly about the reality of the politics behind the stimulus package (when it was passed, they needed to get 3 Repubs on board so it couldn't be filibustered), & also talks about the folly of (others) promoting home ownership for people who couldn't afford it (Frank didn't; talks about Repubs wanting to limit rent vouchers to 5 years using the excuse they wanted these people to buy houses).
