This is where the poker playing Obama comes in strong and just challenges all the fools sitting at the table with him to call his bluff. 35. It is interesting to watch over time...

He puts the issue out there, sits back and lets everyone and their dog, including lobbyists and their enablers, to 'publish' their pros or cons on the issue and then, when the timing is exactly right, steps back into it with a very polite but clear message saying "enough" prattle, it WILL get done.
