I think September would be perfect because I have a feeling they won't have a conferenced bill ready to go until after the break.

What time of year? Is right after Labor Day a good time when people will be down to business?

I am feeling a bit better about the tone of conversation here, but it is still frustrating. I'm trying to do something positive and surrounded by a lot of negative stuff.

Nonetheless, I see many good posters and good citizens here including yourself. Which is why I was surprised by your flippant post on this thread about the other "goodbye" thread.

If you notice, most people who are dredging it back up are saying negative things. Which is funny because it sort of reinforces why I was considering dumping this place for a long period.
