21. i heard she really detested that character... it was truly her antithesis as a human being.
hearing her say that boosted Routledge's place in my hierarchy of British actors immediately!

i always felt so sorry for Richard.

29. Really?
I didn't know she said that. I also enjoyed her subsequent show where she played a private eye with the help of her husband and a young guy.

30. yeah she was referring to "Keeping Up..." when the mystery series was starting up...
it was on Terry Gross or some such... I'll correct myself here- Routledge most likely said Bucket was totally detestable, not that she herself detested her. Slight change of words- big change in meaning. Sorry.

32. That's OK.
Yeah, the character was a jerk, but as an actress she must have found it fun to play.

7. Yep, I noticed them too.
I was wondering where she got them. I'm also partial to a two tone pair she wore in India, they are tan with black patent leather on the tip. I have a similar pair, except that mine are white instead of tan.

Thailand is gorgeous. I would love to be sunning myself on the beach with a cool drink in one hand and a cute guy on the other.

Sigh...........

at the Govt House.

Yellow is the royal color, and could be seen as taking sides in the "red vs. yellow" conflict that has engulfed Thailand this last year.
