2. The work that is being done is MASSIVE!
Perhaps the poorest part of the country has been awarded real jobs. Plus the potential for economic growth by incorporating LA-01/AR-549/US-71 will bring a wealth of commerce.

4. It's all over Minnesota
The repaved the highway that goes to my town (it was getting pretty shitty) and there are at least three spots on I-35 where many miles of road work it going on and one side of the highway is closed.

Oh this is brilliant news. BM'd/:kick:/Rec'd That is totally crazy that outline is gorgeous. I can't wait until they release the blueprints for the high speed rail they're building. I'll travel just to get on that rail.
