2. No one knows at this point. We have reconciliation and conference yet, with more on the Finance Cmte |
|
not even included in deliberations.
I won't cry uncle until Obama stops pitching it, which he just did strongly today. If the GOP weren't coming up with such lies, or lobbyists bribing our guys, this would be full speed ahead.

the HELP committee bill HAS the public option as does the House Bill. It's not the end of the world.

10. As part of the House Bill, and HELP cmte has to. After that, may depend on bribes. |

7. Just get something out of that committee |
|
And then all of us come together around the House & HELP public option and start fighting.

8. If that is our best option, I agree. |
|
If we can't get public in, it will be a President Obama/Democrat loss. Once it goes to conference, who will the major players be? I assume Baucus will have less pull?

11. He'll still be in there I think |
|
But hopefully the HELP Bill is the one that will pass and then he'll have to deal with the public option, one way or the other.

9. What are the chances of a public option and non-profit co-ops among the choices. |
|
The idea is to have a lot to choose from, so why not for-profit insurance, co-ops AND a public option all out in the marketplace? May the best plan win.
