1. Today's Obama strategy:
Today's Obama strategy: stress that health insurance reform means "more security and stability" for Americans

Obama will stress 8 "consumer protections" offered by health insurance reform incl: no denial of coverage for pre-existing conditions.

Other "protections" Obama will stress: no annual or lifetime coverage caps, guaranteed insurance renewal, no gender discrimination.

2. Obama needs to get ahead of all the Republican lies. it will be soon be a sh*t storm out there--the
closer Congress gets to passing any real health care reform that will bite the hands that feed their campaign coffers.

4. If I had the opportunity to ask him something I would ask
that I had heard that in the House Bill prior condition exclusions are not forbidden until 2013 and recissions are not forbidden until 2011. Why aren't they forbidden from the date the bill is passed as 2 of the most pernicious policies of the insurance companies?

If anyone knows of any electronic Town Halls coming up, I would love to know and would really like to submit my question.
