Who was the reporter that asked Gibbs about the birthers at the press conference?

Yesterday on Colbert, they showed a clip of Gibbs being asked about the birthers. They didn't show who asked the question though or who asked the follow up "duh" question of: "Why does it keep coming up?". Does anyone know which reporter asked that? And why a question should be wasted on such a completely idiotic waste of time while we're trying to overhaul a health care system that has been due for reform for 60 years?

She honestly doesn't know why it keeps coming up? She doesn't realize that the fringe right doesn't care about evidence and they just can't stand te fact that a black man is President?
