Will Obama decline to extend the Trading with the Enemy Act (i.e., will he end the Cuban embargo)?

8. Probably would help our economy a little (not enormously), but it would help Cuba

a great deal, so it would be great if he ended it. My guess is that he wants to end it, but will evaluate its effect on the politics of health care and immigration reform before he does it.
