So let's see here - FauxNews reports on Obama adviser "asshole" remark but...
more or less ignores the asshole pastor who is more or less commenting Obama should die?

Will someone tell me what the hell is wrong with this country?

To me, I don't care if a president is republican or democrat, but the tone out there needs to change and change quick. There is a world of difference between "asshole" and death threats and terrorist comments.

1. Fox News is a propaganda outlet for the Republican Party...
why do keep expecting journalism? (which is pretty rare in any case.)

2. Did Fux ever report on Cheney telling Leahy to go fuck himself on the floor of the Senate?
My money is on "no."

Fux sux. Period. They are nothing but a propaganda arm of the Gang Of Psychos. There is nothing fair, nor balanced about them.

3. Yes, they did:
Cheney Curses at Sen. Leahy

WASHINGTON — Vice President Dick Cheney (search) cursed at Democratic Sen. Patrick Leahy during a confrontation on the Senate floor while members were having their annual group picture taken earlier this week, Leahy and Senate sources said Thursday.

Senate aides with knowledge of the encounter Tuesday said the vice president confronted Leahy about some of the Democrat's criticism about alleged improprieties in Iraq military contracts awarded to Halliburton Co. Cheney, who as vice president is president of the Senate, is a former CEO of Halliburton (search).

Leahy responded by criticizing the White House for standing by allies who had accused Democrats of being anti-Catholic last year in opposing one of President Bush's judicial nominees, said one Senate aide, speaking on condition of anonymity.

Cheney then responded, "F—- off" or "F—- you," the aide said.

5. Are you really comparing
someone that the president has appointed to a government position, and that advises him, to some whackjob pastor? Do you honestly not see how big of a difference that is? How many people wished death upon bush? Was it covered every time it happened? You are comparing apples to library books here.

6. I can't recall ONE reputable person....
wishing harm to Bush or making comments close to wishing Bush harm.

Just do a simple search and look at how many serious conservatives have said many things leaning to dangerous waters when it comes to Obama. Hell, all you have to do is do a replay of the past election.

But my point was, the environmentalist in Obama's camp says "asshole" and gets the front spot on FauxNews, but some pastor says that stuff and is completely ignored.

7. I would hardly call
this whackjob of a pastor reputable.

Question; did you have a problem with the British movie about bush being assassinated? Would you have a problem if it was about President Obama?

9. Since you asked...
Yes I did. It was a troubling incident. So there goes your paper argument.

But what about all the vile being spewed by all of your FauxNews people? Limpball? Beck? Hannity? Are you calling those people irrelevant? Or what about all the people cheering at the McCain rallies?

And you try to compare a man calling Republicans "assholes" with these "Americans?"

Get real.

10. That "whackjob pastor" and his flock are on the verge of being classified a Hate Group.
It's more than appropriate to call him an asshole. If he doesn't shut up, he should be locked up.
Threats against ANY President are completely wrong.
