Poll question: Semantics semantics...but it works right?
I think they need to change the name of the "Public Option", to something that is more recognizable to far more people. It may be to far into the game, nut it is worth suggesting.

How does "The American Plan" sound in place of "Public Option"?

1. I actually think that's what this "moving away from the public option" business really is.
I think he's going to completely rename the thing and only refer to it as that from this point on. Less of a debate "reset" than a "rebrand".

2. How did this meme spread that "public option" is bad?
The public option is popular and actually polls better than generic health care reform.

Why are we pretending that there's something wrong with it?

4. I am just tossing it out there...
semantics play a part on how people process ideas. I do not think that the terms Public Option is all that bad, but some people however do not relate well to it. Maybe those people are just lost..I do not know

The plan needs to be sold as aggressively as Boosh's wars were, but with facts and reality in toe.

6. I think they should rename HR 676 "The Holy Messiah Ronald Wilson Reagan Health Care Act"
Every Repuke, DLC traitor, and Blue Balled Coward will trip all over themselves to vote for that!
