3. There needs to be an investigation into Rasmussen
How they can be consistently, consistently that different when compared to other major polls when it comes to Obama's approval rating...it's statistically extremely unlikely. I honestly believe that they're doctoring the results.

If investigative journalism still exists, someone needs to expose how Rasmussen does their polling. And don't give me this garbage about how accurate they were in predicting the final result for '08. I don't doubt that they know HOW to accurately poll. I'm saying that they intentionally are NOT accurately polling.

4. Likely voters?
Isn't Rasmussen using "likely" voters, i.e., the voters they have subjectively decided are likely to vote? What the hell that has to do with approval at this juncture, I have no idea. But they certainly continue to look like an outlier.

13. Even still, they're something like TEN points different
Even the right-wing bump that "likely" voters bring can't explain that massive difference.

14. I think Rasmussen uses voters who trust the GOP more on ALL issues, even social security
That's what I recall Nate Silver said a month or two ago about Rasmussen's wacky numbers.

For comparisons sake, according to Nate, before Hurricane Katrina, when things really weren't looking for us, we still had around a 8 to 10 point lead in polls over the GOP on who the public trusts more on social security, and a few other issues that voters almost always trust democrats more on.

For 2010 to have a political climate like this we'd literally have to be even worse off then the GOP was in 2006.

8. I predict
you won't hear a peep about this on any of the mainstram media outlets.

They are hell-bent on portraying Obama as a failure to please their corporate masters; facts be damned.

12. Polls
Of course they won't report on this Inless on Ed or COuntdown.

Remember things about Polling.RAS has Mccain gaining In PA before the election.Obama beat his ass by
10 points there.SurveyUSA Has a narrow Mccain lead In Minnesota.Obama won by 10 there.

Will the media ever report their sacred hero Reagan at one point dropped to 35 percent yet came back to
win relection with 57 percent of the vote.

Obama Is In better shape than Clinton was at this time.Another thing most of the media will not tell
you.

Obama has shown you should never write him off.He waits for the right opportunity to fight, and has shown he will allow his enemies to do themselves in.
