Instead of the public option, Obama should be throwing Max Baucus under the bus
after Baucus delivered the steaming pile of insurance comapny welfare and giveaways described in this NEw York Times article.

We might not get health care reform if he throws Max under the bus, but matters won't be made worse which is what happens if the Baucus Bullshit Bill gets passed.

9. Public education and peace activists are there, as well.
Squeezing together to make room for health care advocates.

Shit, all of the left is under the bus. If there WERE room, we wouldn't give it to Baucus.

14. Throw him under a different bus.
and I'll volunteer to drive it over him. Then back up and do so again.

(Oh and for you self-righteous types who are worried poor Max might get hurt..... don't worry. He's got tax payer funded health care)

5. Not until after the final vote.
Baucus's bill is not going to get passed in tact assuming it's the one that passes in the Senate. Whichever bill gets the Senate vote has to be merged with a House bill. If Baucaus votes against a bill with a pubic option, or any other type of option, he should be thrown under the bus and run over repeatedly. But let's wait to see how things shake out before throwing people under the bus when we need their votes. And we need every single vote we can muster.

Baucus is a huge piece of shit though. You just can't argue against that.

15. Funny thing is, these psychics call themselves REALISTS
and accuse anyone who doesn't buy into their predictions of being delusional cheerleaders, idol worshipers, fearful deniers of Truth.

Meanwhile, they're engaged in a competition to determine who is the most prescient of all. The irony really does make me laugh out loud sometimes.

12. This idiotic proposal may well represent the end of his career.
Hopefully he will soon retire and take a job at one of the insurance companies who own him.

If not, it is up to the voters of Montana to toss this useless fool into the ash-heap of history.
