A little piece of satire

The school districts in my hometown, Spartanburg South Carolina are not showing President Obama's speech to school children. I wrote a little piece of satire on the topic for a local news site that I regularly contribute to. Figured you guys might like it. Read it here.

We have our own smallish progressive community around here. They make up the bulk of my readers.

I'm actually hoping one of the reactionaries around the area sees it and spreads it around. My sense of humor is kinda twisted I admit.
