Waiting till tomorrow is no picnic..

I am really puzzled about why President Obama told the AFL-CIO workers to be sure and watch his speech Wednesday night, to paraphrase, because they'll be happy with what they hear, he promised.

What? The unions don't want real reform and a public option? Doesn't make sense.

You can't monkey with these guys, what an uproar there will be if the President doesn't demand public option and instead lauds improvements in the health insurance industry in the bill.

I'm sick of being called "extreme left." All Democrats are left, that's why we're Democrats. "Right" Dems are a plant of some sort, and they are taken more seriously than the maligned "left."

Funny when Dems run for office how much more left they sound than when they get in. What's really depressing is that when the Reps were in, we lived on the hope that things would get better when the Dems got in. Now they're in, and the hope is fading.
