and start from scratch, read the Cat in the Hat...
Just pointing out that each time they tried to fix it, the problem just got worse.
It wasn't until the last three cats, cats so tiny you could barely see them, climbed out of from under that last hat and whooooshhh! the mess was gone...
I hope president Obama remembers reading this powerful story to his children.
I think he did, the last three cats seem to be about ready to climb out from under that last hat...
BTW, The insurance exchange sounds like a great idea.
