have to hope that the PO and the reforms that the President laid out are going to be able to ease a lot of the physical and financial suffering for the uninsured and under-insured.

and only those who are uninsured will be able to opt for the public "option" the rest of us will be required to continue to contribute to the for profits with no guarantee of improved access to care. It's not a PO the whole thing is a POS.
