with you that people will be thinking "$20 for a premium, or $20 so my kids can eat better this week?" without a single payer (which, damn it, we're not getting). But I'm not understanding how his saying people won't pay for health care premiums affects the people with little money -- wouldn't they NOT be paying premiums?
