Poll question: Which South Carolina Republican is more of an asshole?
Just when you thought it was hard to top Governor Mark Sanford as an asshole that we now get to know South Carolina Republican Joe Wilson, the dweeb who yelled "You lie!" to Obama before apologizing an hour later.

So who is the bigger, more idiotic Republican asshole?

Lindsey at least voted for Sotomayor. I'll give him that. He's screwed.

8. That was the highlight of the night for me ... watching Lindsey try to clap, then stop.
I hope that becomes a YouTube highlight of the evening.

6. Jim DeMint is even worse than Graham is.
at least Graham is smart, but cynical. DeMint is as stupid as Inhofe is.

5. It depends on which Biblical figure Wilson compares himself to.
Sanford played the King David card. A bold maneuver in a tight spot.

Who knows if Wilson can muster an equally potent Biblical personage?

12. Yeah, the long pandering "emotional" multiple apologies blaming Obama are still to come
By the time it all is said and done, it will be Obama's fault... paging Glenn Beck...

13. The nutbags must be torn between irrational intense hatred of Bill Clinton
and irrational intense hatred of the new guy.

At this hour they're trying to figure out ways to blame BOTH Clinton and Obama for everything.

9. Surely there's more waiting
in the wings.

These are only the two high profile ones who needed to self-:nuke: on a national stage.
